Norman knows he’ll have to move inside one of these days, but hates the thought of giving up the wide open spaces he’s grown used to after living outside for years. “The places they want me to live, I can’t live in them. I’m comfortable on the street, to tell you the truth. But I’m getting older, 48 now, and I know I’m going to have to get a place.” He sleeps at a local park that doesn’t allow overnighters, so is careful to be up and gone early every morning before Bylaw comes around.
