Rob built his portable sleep quarters in September so he could strike out for more isolated hangouts, and was set up for a while under the Interurban overpass until the police suggested a lower profile part of Saanich. He’s had stints in supportive housing but finds it hard to live in such close quarters and with so many restrictions.
