Tristan

Tristan really wants housing, but it’s got to be a place that doesn’t allow drug use: “I’m not going to get sober that way.” He used to spend his days on Pandora Avenue, but has relocated farther north nearer to the food bank after police made it clear that they’d be arresting people for possession if they caught them using drugs on that street. “The new police chief doesn’t want any open drug use in the downtown. So I refuse to go to the Block now. But I’m barely making it outside already, it’s so cold and not even winter yet. I need somewhere proper to lay my head.”
